CoveyRise Plantation is based on the banks of the spectacular Flint River in game-rich Southwestern Georgia. HUNTING
Thoughts of Southwest Georgia and quail hunting invoke thoughts of times past. Men and dogs searching field edges and stands of longleaf pines for those explosive and fast-flying bobwhites.
Since 1986, our goal at CoveyRise has been to provide our guests with the ultimate quail hunting experience.
CoveyRise is exclusive. We do not mix different groups together. This adds greatly to your and your guests' enjoyment.
Remember, this trip is about you and your guests.
We hunt out of fully equipped jeeps with two guests, one guide, and four to six dogs. Walking while hunting is encouraged, but can be minimized if needed.
Our guides are the backbone of your hunting experience at CoveyRise. They love quail hunting and helping guests have a great time. They all have many years of experience with dogs and shooting. As our guides are the backbone of your hunting trip, our dogs are the heart and soul. There are few sites in the outdoors more reverent than a brace of birddogs on point. It's almost better than the shooting. If you have your own dogs, they are more than welcome at CoveyRise.
CoveyRise has a wide variety of hunting courses. We hunt through longleaf pine woods, broom sedge patches, and along field borders, all thick with quail. Several of our courses afford views of the Flint River during your hunt.
Our combination of equipment, guides, dogs, and habitat helps set CoveyRise apart. And when you add our lodging and dining, we can't be beat.
LODGING
The accommodations at our riverfront lodge are guaranteed to please. With over 10,000 square feet of living space, rooms of cypress and old heart pine create a comfortable atmosphere of rustic elegance. The large front porch overlooking the beautiful Flint River is always a favorite spot for our guests to relax after a day of hunting.
13 bedrooms, 4 with two queen beds, 9 with 1 queen bed each with private baths can accommodate up to 16 guests.
Other amenities include a dining room, billiard room, pro-shop, large stone fireplace, game table, TV streaming services and high speed internet access.
Traditional southern hospitality and a dedicated staff ensure you a pleasurable stay.
DINING
We learned a long time ago that good food is equivalent with a good time, and our cooks won't let you down. Classic down-home southern cuisine is our specialty. Delicious meals with tempting desserts are prepared fresh by southern cooks with many years of experience. Appetizers and refreshments are available as you relax before dinner each evening. When the weather permits - Fresh Oysters by the River - is on the menu and served on the banks of the Flint River and prepared three ways: raw, fried, and grilled over an open fire. It is a special time that our guests have come to enjoy and look forward to as part of our dining experience.

PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:
Booking a trip with any overnight stay requires a minimum of 10 shooting guests to a maximum of 16 total guests. For any trip booked with an overnight stay with fewer than 10 shooting guests, rates will be adjusted to meet our requirements. All bookings reserve our facilities exclusively.
Our facilities can accommodate up to 16 guests.
Our rates include your hunting and lodging with applicable meals, bar, and refreshments. Rates also include ALL BIRDS KILLED DURING YOUR HUNT(S) AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE (NO EXTRA BIRD CHARGES), and cleaning and packaging of birds.
Over/Under Beretta 20-gauge shotguns are available if needed at no charge.

Trip One: $1950.00 Per Guest (plus tax)
One Full Day or Split Day of hunting with one night lodging.
Including: guide, dogs, Jeeps, all birds killed (cleaning and packaging included), and all applicable meals (arrival lunch available upon request/if needed for additional charge), and bar/refreshments.
Trip Two: $3050.00 Per Guest (plus tax)
One Full Day and One Half Day of hunting with two nights' lodging.
Including: guide, dogs, Jeeps, all birds killed (cleaning and packaging included), and all applicable meals (arrival lunch available upon request/if needed for additional charge), and bar/refreshments.
Trip Three: $3625.00 Per Guest (plus tax)
Two Full Days or Two Split Days of hunting with two nights' lodging.
Including: guide, dogs, Jeeps, all birds killed (cleaning and packaging included), and all applicable meals (arrival lunch available upon request/if needed for additional charge), and bar/refreshments.

An additional night may be added to Trip Three for an additional $450.00 Per Guest (plus tax)

Our Pro-Shop offers a nice selection of hunting clothes, gear and gifts as well as Beretta Shotguns.
DISCLOSURES, TERMS, CONDITIONS, & CANCELLATIONS
Bookings are secured by a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. Participants and/or the host will be responsible for meeting the rate requirement of the booking. Rates will be adjusted based on participant requirements. 1.5% will be added to invoices over 45 days old. As our work begins long before you and your party arrive to ensure "The Ultimate Quail Hunting Experience", and the exclusiveness that our guests have come to enjoy, all cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged and expected to pay the rate for the number of guests booked at time of booking.
Additional guests can be added to an original booking, and we recommend adding them no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Any part of a day's hunting in a 24-hour period is considered a full day. No refunds will be given unless a replacement party is found. Receipt of deposit and/or balance payment is acknowledgment that the registrant has read and accepts the deposit, cancellation, and refund policies and all responsibility for their booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
